to include information that we deem unsuitable or offensive.
2. If you are submitting information for inclusion on the site (text,
photographs, graphics etc), please ensure that you have permission to

1. Because the majority of our content is submitted
by visitors to the tradmusic.com site, and considering the volume of information
we receive, we cannot and do not monitor every item of information included
on the site. We therefore cannot vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness
or usefulness of any information provided by our site visitors. The information
expresses the views of the person submitting that information and does
not necessarily represent the views of tradmusic.com or any entity associated
with tradmusic.com.
2. Images and text added to the site by tradmusic.com has been done in
good faith, with no intention to infringe copyright or to break any law.

1. Considering the real-time
nature of the tradmusic Discussion Board, it is impossible for us to review
messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember
that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are
not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant
the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible
for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the
author of the message, not necessarily the views of tradmusic.com or any
entity associated with tradmusic.com. Any user who feels that a posted
message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email.
We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make
every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine
that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please
realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages
immediately.
2. You agree, through your
use of this service, that you will not use this Discussion Board to post
any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive,
vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening,

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

If you would like to view products for sale
on the tradmusic.com web site, you can visit the home page (click
here) for details of our current featured products or you can
visit the CD shop and
Music Shop (click here). You will
always find links to the Home Page, CD Shop and Music Shop at both
the top (buttons) and bottom (text links) of each page.
Once you have found an item that you would like
to order, you simply need to add it to your shopping basket.

ADDING AN ITEM TO YOUR SHOPPING
BASKET

You will find that most of our products (both
CD's and Music Shop products) are laid out on the site in the following
format:

Buy Now 
When you are ready to add an item to your basket,
simply click the Buy Now link, or click the Shopping Basket
icon ,
for your chosen product. This will add the item to your shopping
basket, at which point you will be redirected to the View Basket
page.

VIEWING AND EDITING THE CONTENTS
OF YOUR SHOPPING BASKET

On the View Basket page you will see a basket
area which should contain details of the item/s you have selected.
The example below has 2 items in the basket:

Changing Quantity
If you would like to order more than one of a particular item, simply
edit the number in the Quantity box, and then click the Re-Calc
button.
Removing an Item
If you would like to remove an item from your shopping basket, simply
place a tick in the Remove check box and then click the Re-Calc
button.

CHOOSING THE CORRECT POSTAGE
AND PACKING
|
The default setting for Postage and Packing
is UK First Class. If you are outwith the UK, please ensure that
you select the correct Postage and Packing option from the drop
down menu. This must be done before proceeding to the checkout
area.

CONTINUING SHOPPING
|
If you are happy with the contents of your basket,
you may continue to browse the shops by clicking the appropriate
Back to Shop link or by selecting any of the links on the
page. You can add as many items as you like to your shopping basket,
however we do advise customers, wishing to purchase 15 or more separate
products, to contact us directly. You can contact us directly at:

NOTE: You can
view the contents of your basket at any time by simply clicking
the View Basket button at the top of the page, or by clicking
the View Basket link at the bottom of the page.

PAYING BY CHEQUE
|
We are happy to accept payment by cheque however,
we will not dispatch cheque orders until the cheque has been cleared
by our bank (usually 5 business days). To order by cheque, simply
print your View Basket page when you have added the items
you would like to purchase. Note: There is no requirement
to proceed to checkout, if ordering by cheque.
Send your cheque, made payable to tradmusic.com,
along with your Basket print out and details of your delivery
address, to the following address:

Once payment has been accepted by our bank,
your goods will be dispatched. If you have any questions about payment

PROCEEDING TO CHECKOUT
|
When you have completed adding items to your
basket, and are ready to place your order, you need to proceed to
the checkout area. To proceed to the checkout, click the
button which you will find at the bottom of the View Basket page.
NOTE: You cannot
add additional items to your order once you have entered the checkout
area.
The Checkout section is hosted with our Payment
Service Provider, kirkmoor.com, on secure SSL web space which is
secured using a Thawte Digital Certificate. This ensures that all
information sent to us, from within the secure area, will be encrypted.
You can check the authenticity of our security by clicking on the
Thawte Authentic Site Seal on the checkout page, which demonstrates
our commitment to your security.

In the top right of the checkout page you will
be shown details of the items you have ordered, along with details
of the Postage & Packing you have chosen and the grand total
for your order. You now need to enter your delivery and payment
information.
Delivery Information
Enter your delivery information in this section by completing as
many of the fields as possible. Fields marked with an asterisk (*)
must be completed. NOTE:
Please ensure that you enter a valid email address
in the Email field.
Payment Information
Select your credit / debit card type from the drop down menu. We
accept the following credit / debit cards:
Enter your card details in the remaining
sections and, when you are sure you have entered all of your information
correctly, click the Place Order button.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
|
Once you have clicked the Place Order button,
your order will be sent to our sales department. You will receive
an order confirmation, by email*,
within 12 hours of placing your order. This is confirmation that
your order has been received by our sales department.
NOTE: If you
have not received an order confirmation within 12 hours of placing
your order, please contact our sales department directly at sales@tradmusic.com.
You will be emailed again once your items have
been dispatched.
* If you have
entered an invalid email address on the Checkout Page, this will
delay your order confirmation.

WHAT APPEARS ON MY CREDIT CARD / BANK STATEMENT?
|
Orders placed on the tradmusic.com web site
are processed by our e-commerce and payment service provider, kirkmoor.com
limited. Your order will appear on your credit card / bank statement
as kirkmoor.com limited.

RETURNS POLICY
|
We offer a 28 day, no quibble guarantee with
all purchases made on the tradmusic.com web site. If, for whatever
reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to
us in its original condition (unopened, with CD seals/wrap intact)
within 28 days and we will offer a full refund (excluding postage
and packing costs). We will only accept the return of opened goods
if they are faulty.

You have the legal right to cancel your purchase
of a product within seven working days of receipt of that product.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory
